2. Following selecting the table number the patron is in, the patron must enter their allocated PIN number to order items.

3. A touch PIN pad is presented for the patron to fill in their PIN code.

4. Once the PIN is correctly entered, the item ordering screen is presented to the patron.

5. By using their finger on the right arrowed tab a drop down list of quantity of an item to order is shown, different foods are in folders.

7. Once the patron has selected the items wanted, an order subtotal is shown.

8. The patron then sends the order to the kitchen or bar depending on where the items are prepared different printers receive the information.

9. A venue controller is used by staff to indicate the items in the order have been prepared and delivered.

10. The controller also shows the item list.

11. And the Departments in which the item list is divided. These are also maintenance areas where the relationships can be setup.

12. And the terminals (or seats or tables) that are active in the ordering processes - meaning occupied, have ordered, have been supplied.

14. And finally the journal of all the orders placed, orders fulfilled and items delivered.

15. The staff use the controller, if not using the AMCCIT FERMS, to flag an order has been delivered to the patron and the order status changes.

16. The patron may see the progress of their orders at any time from their kiosk terminal.

17. The patron can touch the button for any order and see the details of the items in it, including any items yet to be supplied.

18. Once an order has been placed, supplied and the patron is ready to leave the venue, all orders for this patron can be automatically sent to the FERMS of AMCCIT where they become a transaction simply needing to be tendered out.

19. Having paid the patron(s) leave the venue remarking on the pleasant experience they have had.

20. Kiosk orders supports multimedia patron entertainment and promotional advertising in the venue at each patron entry point movies or still type.

21. The patron can ask staff for assistance at any time, the message is forwarded to the staff terminal.
