  1. Airport Operator Retail Management Systems - this is a specific package catering for the needs of medium to large scale airports, particularly international ones, who need to deal with a significant number of concessionaires and differing population of retailers from whom rents and other charges are based upon the turnover of the individual business and their contribution to the airport profitability. The issues surrounding Customs and other Statutory bodies including passport tracking and other specific matters peculiar to international airports are catered for, including foreign exchange rates and monitoring of bond items or items subject to Customs By Laws need to be tracked along with duty free item passage throughout both airside and landside premises. This product integrates fully to an Airport Retail Portal giving secure access to the information owner to his/her information by connection through an Intranet or the Internet or a Local Area Network. Concessionaires and the airport can continue trading in spite of telecommunications or network failures, and when the fault is remedied the AOPRMS automatically updates all the upstream and downstream systems appropriately.

System Tracking and Asset Management - this product is known as SYSTRAQ and it is capable of keeping track of a wide variety of information concerning and enterprises hardware and software assets, including asset numbers, software licences, memory, disk drive capacity, theft of equipment and so on. The system can integrate to an enterprises asset management or general ledger and keep track of desktop and laptop equipment. No fixed tcp/ip addresses are required. The simple fact that the equipment is on the network is sufficient to enable SYSTRAQ to keep a silent watch over the asset. There is no complex installation process and no need to visit a site to install a the system. It can be remotely installed and automatically activates itself. Monitoring frequency can be set depending on the type of asset, in fact at the individual asset level, alarms are raised according to predetermined events, one of which is if the equipment is not seen for a preset amount of time.

  4. Retail Portals - this is a family of products running on either a user owned local area network (LAN) as part of an Intranet for the enterprise or utilising the world wide web or Internet (www) from remote sites.The architecture facilitates separation of the store focussed activities of selling to customers from the management functions of stock replenishment, inventory management, purchase order consolidation, stock transfers, interbranch transfers, frequent shopper or loyalty schemes, debtors, configuration of specials, promotions, dated price changes, competitive pricing, customer orders, newsletters and much more. The Retail Portals are operated on an ASP basis, which means the store or chain operators pay for those modules they actually use. The service is a subscription based one and reflects the functionality used by the Retailer. Subscription ensures the retailer always has the advantage of the lastest modifications and trends in retailing strategies being available to them. Labour saving features include the menial but essential backup of data and security and above all else convenience of access. The user accesses, with security, using either a LAN or dial up or ADSL connection, at their convenience in terms of time and place. The Retail Portals have an availability in excess of 99.8% up time on a 24 hour a day, 7 day a week, 52 weeks a year basis.
